Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Be Different ("Be Different", "we", "us") handles information in Be Different Ads Manager (the "Application"), an internal tool used by our team to manage Google Ads and Google Analytics accounts on behalf of our clients. See the Application home page for a description of the Application.
1. Who this applies to
- Our team members who sign in to the Application with a Google account.
- Our clients, whose Google Ads and Google Analytics accounts our team manages under an agreement with them.
The Application is not intended for consumers and has no public sign-up.
2. Google user data we access
When a team member signs in and approves access, the Application may request the following Google OAuth scopes:

The data available through these scopes is account data of our clients (advertising and analytics data) and the sign-in identity of our team members. We do not collect contents of email, files, contacts or calendars through the Application.
3. How we use Google user data
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the account-management and reporting features that the user or client authorized: reading performance, preparing keyword research, and creating or changing campaigns, ads, keywords and budgets as instructed by our team. We do not use Google user data for any other purpose.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising other than managing the advertising accounts of the client it belongs to, and we do not use it to build profiles or to serve ads to anyone else. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except (a) with the client's or user's consent, (b) where necessary for security or to comply with the law, or (c) when the data is aggregated and used for internal operations.
4. Artificial intelligence tools
Our team may use AI assistants to help analyze account data and prepare changes, always on the instructions of our team and for the benefit of the client whose account is being managed. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, and we do not permit providers of such tools to do so with this data. We use these tools only under terms or settings that exclude training on our data.
5. Limited Use disclosure
Be Different's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Sharing
We share Google user data only with:
- the client who owns the account the data comes from;
- service providers that help us operate the Application (for example hosting and the AI tools described in section 4), under confidentiality obligations and only for the purposes described in this policy;
- authorities, where we are required to do so by law.
7. Storage, security and retention
Access credentials (such as refresh tokens) are stored in access-restricted systems, are available only to authorized team members, and are never published. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We keep account data only for as long as it is needed to manage the client's account and for reporting that the client expects from us, and we delete it when the client relationship ends or when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Your choices and deletion
- You can revoke the Application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Clients can also remove our access to their Google Ads account (Admin → Access and security) and Google Analytics property (Admin → Access management).
- To ask us to delete data we hold or to access it, email info@be-different.pro. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
The Application is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
